How do I choose the right UPS size?
Add up the wattage of the equipment you need to protect and allow about 20–30% headroom. Ventrix Pro models run at power factor 1.0, so a 3K-RT supports up to 3 kW. Send us your load list and we will size it for you.
Can Ventrix Pro be mounted in a rack?
Yes. Every Ventrix Pro model is rack/tower convertible and ships ready for either installation.
What is the difference between an AVR and a UPS?
An AVR such as the VoltMaster 1000 corrects high and low mains voltage and suppresses surges. A UPS also has batteries, so it keeps equipment running during a complete power failure.
Which surge protector do I need for outdoor PoE cameras?
Use the SG-48WP-Outdoor. It has an IP67 waterproof housing and protects Gigabit and PoE++ links. The SG-48WP is the indoor DIN-rail version for cabinets.
